In early August, the BC Governement announced the launch of the COVID-19 Supply Hub,  where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and cleaning supplies are available for purchase by organizations delivering public services and serving vulnerable British Columbians.

In addition to the gloves, gowns, goggles, industrial cleaner, disinfectant cleaner, bleach and hand sanitizer available at launch, the BC Government is advising that they now have the following products in stock and available for purchase:

  • Level 1 Surgical Disposable Face Masks
  • Liquid hand sanitizer with glycerin moisturizer
  • Disinfectant Wipes

BC First Nations and community organizations are eligible to purchase the products required to operate safely, in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and guidance from the Office of the Provincial Health Officer.

Please note: As there is currently large inventory available, and in recognition that many organizations are looking to obtain larger quantities as we move into Fall, the BC Government has removed the 30-day supply limitation.  They will continue to watch supplies closely and if they see some product inventory levels become low, they will again start to prioritize the allocation of those items.
